RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@ravietailor.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the following address:

REFUNDS
Upon receiving your return and inspecting the item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for the return to be processed. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
